If I live locally, can I arrange a store-up?

Yes! Rather than paying for shipping, you can arrange to pick up wine at our Ukiah ranch or have it delivered if you live in the Mendocino County area. If you live in the Los Angeles area, we may also be able to arrange a pickup with our sales rep in the area. Select the "Store Pick-Up" option during checkout. Cox Vineyards will contact you with the email address you provide to coordinate a pick-up time. You will, of course, have to provide age verification (21+) at the time of pick-up.


How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping page at the bottom of our website for more information.


Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship within the state of California and to New Mexico and Texas. 


How much does shipping cost per bottle?

Factors such as the zip code you provide and how much wine you are purchasing go into the shipping cost. Sales tax is a separate cost. You can find this specific information by proceeding to checkout and imputing your personal information.


Who do you ship with?

We ship using GSO (GLS) and UPS. Because our packages require a signature, we cannot ship to a P.O. box.


What type of packaging materials do ship your wine in?

We ship our wine in recyclable, pulp packaging, as it is the most environmentally-conscious. However, you may request a styrofoam cellar-pack which is not recyclable, but offers the best temperature protection for shipments requiring extended transit time in harsh weather conditions. Why do I need to sign for my wine order?

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Cox Family Vineyards. By placing your order online, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person receiving the wine is at least 21 years of age. Wine cannot be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons or those who are unable to provide age verification. In such circumstances, your order may be held at the shipping company’s local depot or shipped back to us. Customer is responsible for all associated costs.


Where can I leave reviews for your wines?

Head to our Instagram page @coxfamilyvineyards or our Facebook page and leave a comment if you liked our wine. Better yet, send us a photo of your purchase so we can give you a shoutout on our social media! 


Can I find Boeket someplace other than your website?

We are currently working on finding homes in restaurants, wine bars, and small grocery stores across the state. If you would like to see us in your favorite places, please let the store manager know! 


Do you have a tasting room?

No, not at this time.


Do you have a wine club I can join?

We are launching our Wine Club in Fall 2020! Stay tuned. We're very excited to open up our family and wine country lifestyle to you!


Do your wines contain sulfites?

Yes; however, they contain low amounts of sulfites.
