2023 Boeket Rosé of Carignane

Our rosé is made in the true, dry Rhone style and we handpick this fruit specifically for this delicious wine. The clusters soak on the skins for about 2 hours and then we press the whole clusters. The juice is then fermented in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels. The 2023 has great acidity and notes of watermelon rind, strawberry, citrus, and rose water. Its low-alcohol and ability to pair with a variety of dishes makes it truly chuggable!
